The plant is a compact shrub with a height of 80 cm to 1.2 m. Flowering occurs from May to July, after which decorative fruits form on the plant, persisting until autumn.

The variety is characterized by relative winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -15...-20 °C. Breeding work with the variety is aimed at maintaining a compact bush shape and resistance to diseases, in particular to rust.
