The Dodo variety tree grows intensively at a young age, with the growth rate decreasing over time. The leaves are of medium size, flowering is late, and protandry is observed — male flowers bloom earlier than female ones.
The nuts have an egg-shaped form, a thin shell, and a large kernel that fills the internal part well. The taste of the kernel is sweetish with a slight bitterness, the skin is brown. The pericarp is bright green with moderately pronounced white lenticels.
