The tree is distinguished by a moderate growth rate and is suitable for cultivation in orchards and parks, including in regions with cool climates and at altitudes up to 700 meters above sea level. The variety enters the vegetation phase late, which reduces the risk of damage by spring frosts; however, the plant is sensitive to drought conditions.

The medium-sized fruits have a thin, smooth shell, from which the kernel is easily extracted. The kernel percentage is about 47% of the nut weight. The variety is considered self-fertile and shows resistance to fungal leaf diseases, and the fruits ripen in September-October.
