The variety belongs to the Carpathian type and is characterized by slow growth, reaching a height of about 8 meters, which allows it to be grown in small plots. The tree is self-fertile and begins bearing fruit earlier than common walnut seedlings.

The nuts possess good taste qualities and a thin shell, retaining their properties during storage for up to one year. The variety begins vegetation early, due to which there is a risk of damage to flowers and leaves by late spring frosts.
