The variety «Sușița» was obtained through the selection of local populations from Gorj County. The fruits have a light brown surface with uniform grooves and moderate shell thickness.

The fruit kernel is slightly elongated, whitish-pearly in color, and has a sweet, oily taste. The kernel yield as a percentage of fruit weight is 45.3%, and the internal septa are thin.
