The plant possesses a compact growth form, which makes it suitable for commercial production and transportation. The flowers form umbellate inflorescences and have a deep orange color, which, depending on conditions, can be perceived as dark red.

Like other varieties of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, this cultivar is toxic to pets. Ingestion can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and heart rhythm disturbances in them.
