Variety description

The plant is a natural mutation of the variety 'Nancy's Red'. The compact bush has narrow, grass-like, often drooping foliage. The inflorescences have a torch shape and consist of small tubular flowers of saturated coral-red color, which can transition to yellow shades in the lower part.

The variety is distinguished by vigorous growth and good resistance to heat, wind, and rain. Frost resistance corresponds to USDA zone 6, which allows the plant to withstand temperatures down to -23...-24 °C when using mulching. In cut form, the inflorescences maintain freshness for up to two weeks.

Kniphofia 'Red Rocket' is used in landscape design for decorating flower beds, mixed borders, and creating accent points. It combines well with grasses, irises, and sage.
