The plant is a product of intraspecific hybridization of Lachenalia aloides. It forms spike-like inflorescences with bell-shaped flowers that have a pink color transitioning to yellow with chestnut-colored tips. The variety reaches a height of approximately 30 cm.
The plant belongs to the late-flowering category and is used as a pot crop for winter and spring flowering. On an industrial scale, it is propagated by leaf cuttings. The variety is sensitive to viruses, does not tolerate frosts, and requires protected cultivation.
Temperatures above 30°C may lead to bulb rot and flower abortion, while low light levels contribute to stem stretching.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
