The variety belongs to the Romaine type and is characterized by a dense leaf texture with a pronounced structure. The leaves have a dark red color and are distinguished by a narrow point of attachment to the base.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:16–36EU and Bl:1–9US) and resistance to lettuce aphid (Nr:0). The variety is intended for the fresh market and use in baby leaf salad mixes.
