The variety forms dense and compact heads with a diameter of 20–30 cm. The leaves are thin, tender, slightly blistered, and light green in color. The period from sowing to head formation is 45–70 days.
The plant possesses resistance to cold and late bolting, but is sensitive to direct sunlight. The variety develops best on humus-rich, moderately moist soils during spring and autumn periods.
