The plant belongs to the mini-cos type and forms medium-sized cylindrical heads. The outer leaves are bright red and glossy, the inner ones have a yellowish tint. The variety is characterized by vigor, the presence of flat ribs, and a closed head base, which facilitates the packaging process.
The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field and for sale in the fresh produce market. It possesses high resistance to bolting and tipburn. It has resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races Bl:29-38, 40, 41EU/Nr:0) and intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum, race Fol:1).
