The variety forms a rosette 20–30 cm high and 25–35 cm in diameter. The leaves are distinguished by a tender, buttery texture and a sweetish taste, retaining their quality characteristics for a long time without becoming bitter.
The plant belongs to the fast-growing group: harvesting at the baby-leaf stage is possible in 2–3 weeks, with full maturity reached in 45–55 days. The variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and the effects of high temperatures.
