The variety belongs to the Iceberg type and forms large dense heads of a flat-round shape. The plant has a broad base and tightly adpressed leaf veins on the underside. The variety is slow-growing and resistant to bolting and tip burn.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew races Bl: 16–37EU (or 29–39EU) and to the aphid Nasonovia ribisnigri (Nr: 0). The variety is suitable for year-round cultivation in open field on various soil types, reliably forming heads under heat conditions.
