The plant possesses a sturdy bush structure, moderately vigorous growth, and good branching ability. The variety is known under the trademark LA DIVA BIG NIGHT and is part of the LaDiva breeding line.

Flowering begins in June. Distinctive features include short, stocky stems and saturated dark purple flag bracts. The variety is intended for ornamental landscaping and container cultivation.
