The plant is a compact shrub 25–60 cm in height with aromatic narrow gray-green foliage. The dark purple flowers are gathered into dense cone-shaped inflorescences, topped with characteristic bracts.

The variety blooms three weeks earlier than other representatives of the species. Flowering lasts from late spring to early autumn. The plant exhibits resistance to heat, humidity, and cold weather while maintaining a dense bush shape.

The variety is intended for landscape use in borders, hedges, and container plantings. Thanks to its characteristics, it attracts pollinating insects.
