The variety is an Oriental hybrid (division VII). Flowers are purple-red with spotting, cup-shaped or tubular in form, and possess a pleasant fragrance. Up to 5–6 flowers are formed on a single stem.

The plant is compact, with dark green lanceolate leaves. Height in open field is 55–60 cm. Flowering occurs in the period from July to August.

The variety possesses winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases. It is intended for cultivation in containers, open field, mixed borders, and is also suitable for cut flowers.
