The variety belongs to the group of Asian hybrids. The raspberry-red flowers are 10–16 cm in diameter and upward-facing, with light pale yellow-green strokes in the center of the petals; deep red papillae are possible. The leaves are lanceolate and green.

The plant is short, with a stem height of 20–60 cm. Flowering occurs in June–July. The variety possesses winter hardiness down to –32...–33 °C and is resistant to fungal diseases.

The stems are strong and resistant to lodging. The flowers are practically scentless and pollen-free. The variety is suitable for cultivation in pots, planters, in flower beds, and for use as cut flowers.
