The Mars variety is an annual ornamental plant. Its flowers differ from the wild type by the presence of characteristic white stripes in the lower part of the petals and a dark spot in the center.
The plant height is up to 60 cm. The variety was developed using chemical mutagenesis methods and is intended for group plantings, border arrangements, and mixed borders. The flowering period lasts from June to September.
