The variety belongs to the oilseed flax group. During experimental studies, the seed yield indicators of the Fluin variety were lower than the control samples.

Analysis of the fatty acid composition revealed a lower percentage of linolenic acid content compared to other varieties. The variety also differed in lower indicators of protein accumulation in the seeds.
