The variety is a representative of the fiber flax (industrial flax) group of Swedish breeding. At present, it is primarily used in research work and as an object of genetic resources rather than as mass seed material.
The growing season of the variety is 90–100 days. The variety has been used in comparative studies dedicated to the analysis of the physico-mechanical properties of linen fabrics and the assessment of the influence of soil and climatic conditions on product quality.
