The plant reaches a height of 65–67 cm and forms a compact bush. The leaves are oblong-lanceolate, smooth, sessile, and arranged in a spiral. The inflorescence is racemose, and the flowers are blue. The fruit is a spherical capsule containing brown, egg-shaped seeds with a curved beak.
Seed oil content is 48.0–49.6%, the thousand kernel weight varies from 6.9 to 7.3 g, and the iodine value of the oil is in the range of 162–170. The variety is intended for oilseed use and shows responsiveness to a high level of agricultural technology.
