The variety is tetraploid and belongs to the late or very late maturity group. The plant forms a semi-erect dense tussock with medium to wide green or dark green leaves. Stems are smooth, and the inflorescence is an awned spike of linear shape.
The variety is distinguished by rapid development in the initial stages, which contributes to weed suppression. It regrows intensively after mowing, providing up to three cuts per vegetation period. The average dry matter yield is about 116 c/ha with a potential of up to 226 c/ha.
The produce has high leafiness. The protein content in dry matter is about 15.1%, fiber is 25.6%, calcium is 0.6%, and magnesium is 0.2%. As an annual type of ryegrass, the variety has a high biomass production rate but is not characterized by longevity.
