The plant is intended for obtaining a high-quality forage base, including silage and raw material for biogas production, and is also used as a catch crop. The variety ensures a high dry matter content and good fiber digestibility, provided regular mowing is performed.
It possesses high productivity and hardiness; however, it has limited winter hardiness. Consequently, the variety is recommended primarily for spring sowing, unless its use is limited to a short life cycle in mild climatic conditions.
