The variety is tetraploid (4n). Plants are characterized as medium-tall, with large, wide, green leaves. It is distinguished by high green mass yield with a high crude protein content.

The variety possesses good resistance to diseases and lodging. It exhibits intensive moisture loss during forage drying. It is intended for producing fresh forage and silage, and can also be used as an intermediate cover crop.
