The variety is tetraploid and belongs to the medium or medium-late maturity groups. Plants are characterized by a tall or very tall height at the full vegetation stage, while initial growth is assessed as medium.

The variety has a medium tendency to lodging and a low or medium susceptibility to rust. Dry matter yield in both the first and subsequent cuts is assessed as medium or high. The variety is suitable for grazing and haymaking.
