The variety is intended for creating lawns, parks, and general landscaping sites. The plant is distinguished by fine leaves and provides very high turf quality. When mown, it provides a clean cut, which gives the lawn an aesthetic appearance.
The variety features slow regrowth after mowing, which allows for a reduction in mowing frequency and the volume of plant mass. The variety also possesses good recovery capacity after trampling.
