The variety forms loose tufts and does not produce rhizomes or stolons. Externally, it is characterized by high fineness of leaves, comparable to Festuca rubra, and has a medium-dark shade of leaf blades.

The plant possesses high tolerance to low mowing. Due to its qualities, the variety is suitable for landscaping, sod production, and creating turf on sports grounds, including golf courses, football, rugby, tennis, and cricket fields. It is highly compatible in seed mixtures with Festuca rubra and Agrostis.
