The variety was mentioned in documentation and scientific research of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. The plant is characterized by rapid regrowth, the presence of vegetative and generative tillers, and high tillering capacity under intensive grazing.

Due to its biological features, the variety was used in grass mixtures for sports and ornamental lawns, exhibiting resistance to trampling and high nutritional value when used for forage purposes.
