The variety belongs to the tetraploid plant group and is characterized by a medium-late heading date. Based on its biological features, the variety is suitable for both intensive grazing and subsequent mowing for forage.

The agronomic characteristics of the variety include such parameters as total dry matter yield, winter hardiness, and resistance to rust (Puccinia coronata). Indicators for these characteristics in official registers are presented as relative indices in comparison with other varieties.
