The variety «Discus», known by the breeding number ZLp 01–026, is a diploid variety (2n). It is widely used in agriculture for creating grass mixtures for pastures and meadows.
During trials, the variety was evaluated based on indicators such as yield, growth vigor, development in the juvenile period, competitiveness, resistance to leaf diseases and bacterial wilt, winter hardiness, and feed digestibility. The variety demonstrates stable productivity results necessary for intensive use in forage production.
