The variety forms a dense and aesthetically attractive cover, which makes it suitable for parks, sports grounds and private lawns. Externally, it is distinguished by a saturated dark green color and fine leaves. It is characterized by rapid germination and development after sowing.
The plant possesses high resistance to a number of common diseases, including crown rust, stem rust, red thread and leaf spot. The variety shows excellent tolerance to dry periods and saline soils, maintaining lawn quality under stress conditions.
