The variety is tetraploid (4n), which determines larger seeds and the formation of vigorous seedlings. The plants possess wide leaf blades and rapid growth. It belongs to the 4TURF line, focused on stress tolerance and immunity to diseases, including rust, Fusarium, and leaf spot.

Double ryegrass exhibits increased resistance to drought conditions and saline soils compared to diploid varieties. Due to the moderate density of the stand, the variety is effectively used for overseeding (renovation) of lawns and is included in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass and tall fescue.

Intended for the creation of professional playing fields and lawns for various purposes. Its biological characteristics contribute to rapid rooting and recovery of the grass cover after wear.
