The variety is intended for creating professional sports fields, golf courses, and for overseeding lawns. It is characterized by high germination energy and the rapid establishment of a dense sward of a rich dark green color, which is maintained during the winter period.
The plant possesses high resistance to intensive physical stress and trampling. The variety is adapted to frequent and low mowing, down to a height of 11 mm, and demonstrates good winter hardiness, as well as resistance to red thread, brown patch, snow mold, and Pythium blight.
