The variety is classified as a lawn type and is intended for the establishment of golf courses, football fields, and racetracks. The plant possesses high tillering capacity and pronounced lateral growth, which allows for the formation of dense turf under high-intensity usage of the areas.

Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by its dark green color, fine-leaved texture, and a large number of reproductive shoots. Breeding of the variety focused on resistance to stem rust and leaf spot.
