The variety is intended for creating lawns, including sports turf. In the year of sowing, it forms an intermediate-type tuft; the tendency to form inflorescences in the first year is absent or very weakly expressed.

The plant has a diploid chromosome set, and the leaf color is dark green. The time of inflorescence heading in the second year of life is assessed as average.
