The variety is diploid and belongs to the early-maturing group. The plant possesses good tillering capacity and rapid regrowth after mowing or grazing, and is characterized by longevity when grown for forage and seeds.

The variety is multifunctional: it is used for establishing pastures, harvesting hay and silage in pure stands or in grass mixtures, as well as for landscaping parks, gardens, and sports fields. Research also indicates its potential in bioaccumulation of heavy metals for the creation of buffer zones.
