The Imagine variety is characterized by medium to above-medium turf density and a medium-fine leaf texture. The variety is intended for creating sod covers on lawns, in parks, at industrial sites, and is also used in overseeding mixtures for golf courses in warm climates.

The plant possesses moderate resistance to pink snow mold (Microdochium nivale), gray leaf spot (Pyricularia grisea), and large brown patch (Rhizoctonia solani). Data on productivity, plant height, and maturity group for the variety are not provided due to its exclusively lawn-related purpose.
