The variety belongs to the mid-ripening group in terms of heading dates. It is characterized by high yield, especially at the first cut, and the ability to maintain green mass quality after the second regrowth, which makes it suitable for silage preparation and pasture use.

The plant is distinguished by high winter hardiness, stand density, and rapid spring regrowth. The variety is resistant to trampling during livestock grazing and is also recommended for use on low-lying and swampy soils. Resistance to rust is assessed as medium.

The variety is classified as diploid and is often used in grass mixtures for establishing permanent pastures. It tolerates frequent grazing well and can also be used in a hay-cutting regime.
