The variety is diploid and belongs to the group with very early or early heading. Morphologically, it is characterized by an intermediate semi-prostrate growth habit and plants of medium or tall height. The leaves are green with medium length and width, and the inflorescences are also of medium length.

The variety is intended for forage use and has been repeatedly used as a standard in scientific research and field trials. The dry matter yield in the Central region of Russia was 33.8 c/ha. Studies were conducted on the resistance of the variety to diseases, in particular to rust.
