The variety is tetraploid and belongs to an intermediate type. It was specifically bred for the needs of the dairy industry with the goal of obtaining high-quality forage within intensive grassland management systems.

The plant possesses the ability for active regrowth after mowing, which was confirmed during yield studies on second cuts. The variety stands out with better overwintering in the conditions of northern regions compared to a number of other varieties.

Intended for grazing and haymaking use.
