The variety forms a dense turf and is characterized by rapid establishment. The plant is capable of forming stolons, which ensures the recovery of the grass stand. Mowing at a height of 8–10 mm is possible.

The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports surfaces, such as football pitches, tennis courts, and golf courses. It is also used for overseeding lawns, including overseeding warm-season grasses during their dormancy period.
