The variety belongs to the turf type and possesses a fine leaf structure. It is characterized by high sward density and marked resistance to diseases, in particular to red thread (Laetisaria fuciformis).
It is used for the formation of long-lasting lawns with the capability for intensive use. In agronomic references, it is considered exclusively as a turf and sports grass, not intended for forage production.
