The variety belongs to the diploid type of the intermediate maturity group. The main purpose of the crop is for use in pastures for livestock grazing.
The breeding of the variety was aimed at improving the seasonal distribution of yield and increasing the nutritional value of the plant mass. The variety is also characterized by high sward density, disease resistance, and longevity under pasture conditions.
