The variety possesses a saturated dark green color and is characterized by a high stand density. The plant exhibits significant wear resistance, especially during the summer period, and good winter hardiness, maintaining a decorative appearance during the cold season. A capacity for slow regrowth is noted, which reduces the need for mowing.
The variety demonstrates resistance to the main diseases of lawn grasses, in particular to rust and red thread. It is used for creating high-quality lawns on football fields and sports grounds, and is also included in the composition of grass mixtures for the restoration and repair of lawn coverings.
