The variety belongs to early-maturing forms with high development rates. It possesses good viability and forms a dense stand with medium-dark green leaves.

In forage production, it is valued for its productivity, nutritional value, and resistance to trampling. In lawn use, it is applied due to rapid germination and the ability to recover from damage, which makes it suitable for sports turfs and golf courses.
