Variety description

The variety is tetraploid and was obtained by individual selection and hybridization based on Dutch breeding material. Plants reach a height of 60–70 cm and are distinguished by an erect growth habit with strong tillering. The leafiness of the variety at full heading is about 64%.

It belongs to late-maturing varieties; the beginning of flowering occurs at the end of June. It possesses satisfactory winter hardiness and shows sensitivity to low temperatures, excessive moisture, and acidic soils. The variety's production is characterized by good digestibility; its intended use is pasture grazing and haymaking.
