The variety is a decorative climbing liana. The plant possesses variegated foliage and flowers of a pink-red shade. The height of the liana after 10 years can reach 5 meters, however, a number of sources indicate a range from 2 to 3 meters.
The flowering period occurs from May to August. The variety is characterized as fully winter-hardy. Use is limited to decorative purposes in vertical landscaping, while the potential invasiveness of the species in certain regions should be taken into account.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
