The rootstock was obtained by crossing Paradizka Budagovskogo (PB-9) and hybrid 13-14. Trees grafted onto this rootstock reach a height of 4–4.5 meters, which classifies it as a semi-dwarf form. The plant has a dark color of bark and leaves with an anthocyanin tint.

This rootstock is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to soaking-off. It ensures early entry of trees into fruiting, usually in the 3rd–4th year after grafting. The rootstock is well-suited for medium- and low-vigor apple varieties and provides stable yields in intensive and amateur orchards.
