The variety is early winter: harvest maturity occurs at the end of September, consumption lasts until January. The tree is characterized by a compact, medium-growth habit with an angled arrangement of fruit-bearing branches. Flowering is medium-early or late, the variety enters into fruit-bearing early and is a good pollinator.

Fruits are of medium size, flattened shape. The ground color is yellow, the overcolor is dark red, sometimes striped. The flesh is hard, crisp, bright white in color, does not darken when cut. The taste is sweet with a hint of acidity and spicy notes, the core is very small with soft seed chamber walls.
