The fruits have a yellow-green ground color with a uniform wine-red overcolor. An important distinguishing feature is the presence of diffuse coarse net-like russeting on the skin surface, which is not oily.

The variety is classified as a red-fleshed type. Studies were conducted to evaluate product quality, including organoleptic characteristics and physico-chemical parameters after storage under controlled atmosphere conditions.
